General Services — khidamat and Iqama — is residency and employee paperwork inside Saudi Arabia: issuing and renewing an Iqama, transfers, exit and re-entry, Muqeem and Qiwa. Visa services under Travel & Tourism are about travelling abroad: Schengen, UK, US and other visit visas.
